Are you trying to use TurboTax Online or download software?

There is no license code to enter for the TurboTax online editions.

The license code is only for the TurboTax software installed on a personal computer, Win or Mac, CD or Download.

Them license code is entered after you install the software form the CD or download on your PC or Mac desktop commuter and start the software running. It will ask for the license code.
