I did a friend's taxes online for her this year using TurboTax. Can you assist me to find her return so I can verify that her refund is on its way?

    You can check the efile status here, https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

    Then if it was Accepted, IRS Where's My Refund,  https://www.irs.gov/refunds

    To find her account, First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/
