I did my 2019 return I need to do my 2020 return. I don't understand why no one can help me

You must do 2020 TurboTax from the downloaded version on a computer.

TurboTax does not provide a service to prepare the 2020 return.  If you do not want to use software to do it on your own, then go to a local tax preparer and have your 2020 return done by them.

You can prepare your 2020 return using TurboTax but you probably will not be able to e-file it.  Therefore, when you are done preparing your 2020 return, you will need to print it out and mail it to the IRS at the address provided in the 2020 tax information.  Here is a link to the TurboTax webpage that contains the TurboTax products for 2020.
