I did my tax return and it has me as Single. I should be Head of Household because I take care of my disabled Mother and I paid over half of Household expenses.
I paid cable, telephone, electric and Water.
Maybe......but we need to know more about Mom's income. Did she have less than $4700 of income --- not counting any Social Security? If yes, then she may be your qualified relative dependent and will qualify as a dependent for you to file as HOH.
