I did my taxes not to long ago and was rejected so I decided to return them . I checked the app and it doesn’t say anything about my taxes return . Who can I contact about this problem ?

Are you saying that after you efiled your return and it was rejected, that you decided to print and mail your return? If that is what you did, you must print and mail it yourself. TurboTax does not print and mail it for you.

The IRS is currently not processing any mailed returns and hasn't been for some time so there is no way to know when your return will get processed. You won't see any status on a mailed return until the IRS starts processing it.
