What is your question about efiling?   A lot of people efile who didn't file a return in the prior year.    What is it you need to know?    Are you asking in regard to TurboTax asking for your 2019 AGI to verify your current efile?

If you didn't file a 2019 return, then when you efile the 2020 return, you would use a 2019 AGI of 0 (zero) to verify your 2020 return for efiling.

Or is there something else preventing you from efiling?  If so, you need to explain enough that someone can comment.  But this is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info.
