I did not get correct amount back you took 70.00 out instead of 29.95
I was not told about extra charge. This is a rip off not happy
Sorry you missed it but there is an EXTRA 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge to have the fee deducted from your refund. You had to agree to it on a couple screens. Or you could have paid the fee with a credit or debit card to avoid the extra charge. 29.99+39.99=69.98
