I did not receive my second stimulus check. When or will I receive it on my tax return. Because this was turbotax and IRS error. Why should I pay for the full turbotax

According to the IRS, there was a processing error occurred on their end, where million payments were sent to the wrong accounts and some may not have received their portion. IRS has begun placing the payments starting January 8th.  Your bank could take a few business days to process. Your payment will be deposited into the same bank account where you received your 2019 tax refund.  We have been working tirelessly on a solution with the Treasury and the IRS.  It might just take a bit longer. 

You would not receive the stimulus payment along with your 2020 tax return unless you have claimed as a Recovery Rebate credit on your tax forms.  TurboTax does not decide your eligibility and the total amount you are entitled to.  The payment comes directly from the IRS who makes the decision.  Also, you pay TurboTax for using our program to file your 2020 tax return, not claiming the stimulus check.
