Question

I did not receive my Turbo Tax disc this year. My discover acct number was changed due to fraudulent activity. Have updated to new No. How can I get my 2020 disc?

Would like Turbo Tax to process my request for the 2020 disc.   My account info has been updated.

If you didn't get charged in November for the Advantage auto renew it's too late.  You have to buy it yourself now either from Turbo Tax or find it at stores etc.  You might even find it on sale somewhere.

If you updated your account with the new Discover number it will be for next November for the 2021 program.
