Not quite sure what is going on.   You are talking about your 2020 return but then want the "advance CTC."   You are too late to get the "advance"  CTC.   But if you file a 2021 tax return that claims your qualifying child dependent then you can get the full amount of the CTC on line 28 of your 2021 Form 1040.  If your child was under the age of 6 at the end of 2021 you should see $3600 on line 28; if the child was 6 to 17 years old at the end of 2021 you should see $3000 on line 28.

Did you claim the child on a 2021 tax return?   Did you enter the child's Social Security number?

@tonyaquuen96 -

there was no 'advance' in 2020

simply, what is on Line 28 - if $3000 (or $3600 if your daughter was under 6 years old)  then you got it!
