I did not work in 2023, however the "Wages and Income" is requiring fields for my 2022 empolyee. It will not allow me to bypass it. It keeps saying I need to review.

BUT...if you had a W-2 on your 2022 tax return, then an empty W-2 may have transferred into 2023 from your 2022 file.

 

If that's the case, you'd have to go back to the W-2 section, and delete that empty W-2 entirely.

If you did not work in 2023 and do not have any income of any type to report on the tax return, there is no need for you to file a tax return.
