Question

I did scooter charging and didn’t get taxes taken out, but have a dependent will I still get money back?

If you have net earned income (income is more than your expenses) yes, you still may get a tax refund because you may be eligible for refundable and nonrefundable credits. 

However, your self-employment income will be subject to self-employment taxes so some of the credits will be used to pay those. 

There's only one way to find out, prepare your income tax return. You don't pay until you e-file or print.
