I didn't file my 1095C form with my w2, will this affect my refund? And will I be eligible for a credit?

bsch4477 is right, the new 1095-C Form, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coveragedoes not need to be filed with your tax return.

When asked the question in TurboTax, "Did you have health insurance coverage in 2015", simply select “Yes”.

Be sure to review the form for accuracy and keep it with your 2015 tax files.
