I didn't file my 1099 misc last year. How will it effect this years

Each tax year stands on its own. The issue will be when the IRS attempts to match what you reported as your 2015 income to what was reported to them by the issuers of your 1099-MISC form(s). If you left off a 2015 1099-MISC from your 2015 tax return then the IRS will not be able to reconcile and you'll get a notice from them that you owe more tax. The only way to fix this is to file an amended 2015 tax return to include the income.
