I didn't get $100 for filing by march 31 either. I just called tech support was on the phone for long time for almost 40 min and the eventually the phone went dead when she was transferring me to another agent. this is the 2nd time I called. the first tech support said I'd get a electronic card in the email in 4-5 days . the 2nd support said it was automatically deducted when I paid(it wasn't.) it's very weird..
