I did not want to use the plus and now I'm being charged for it

You can remove PLUS from your order as long as you haven't paid or deducted your TurboTax fees from your refund yet.

Open or continue your return.
Select File from the left side menu (if you don't see this, select the menu icon in the upper-left corner to open the side menu).
Continue to the Just a few steps left... screen and select Start or Revisit next to Step 1: Review Your Order.
On the next screen, Your order summary, select Remove* in the PLUS Benefits section, then Remove PLUS Benefits on the screen that comes after that.
