I didn't receive form 1095-A and the software keep asking for the monthly premium amount listed in this form and i am unable to proceed, please advise?

Did you purchase health insurance from Healthcare.gov?  If you did, you should have received a 1095-A for your premiums paid and any premium credit.  You can download your 1095-A by logging into Healthcare.gov.

1. Log in to your HealthCare.gov account.
2. Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2020 application — not your 2021 application.
3. Select "Tax Forms" from the menu on the left.
4. Download all 1095-As shown on the screen.

if you did not purchase insurance from from healthcare.gov, after you have logged in and are in your return:

• Go to Search at the top of the screen.
• Enter Form 1095-A in the search box. 
• You will see a Jump To function that will take you to the 1095-A input screens. 
• There indicate you did not receive a 1095-A
