I didn't receive my 2nd stimulus check. My gross salary in 2019 is less than $75,000. The credit calculator on turbo tax isn't giving me the full amount. What do I do?

My bank account that the first stimulus was deposited in was closed in May, which is why I didn't get the 2nd payment. Based on what I've read I should qualify for full payments for both checks. My income this year is over the threshold, but it's supposed to be based on 2019 so I don't understand why I'm not receiving the full amount.

Please follow these steps to update your information in the portal:

Go here and sign in with the username and password you used to file your 2019 tax return
Validate your identity
Enter your updated bank account information

Note: You have to update your information by 1/15/2021.
