Have you filed a return yet for 2024, or is it still in preparation?

A Form 1040 is the main page of a tax return--what some refer to as the front page. At this point it's not known why you are mentioning a Form 1040. Do you have any question about a Form 1040 to narrow things down a bit? And are you referring to a 2023 Form 1040, a 2024 Form 1040, or other tax year?
