Did you enter something by mistake? Type estimated taxes in Search in the upper right Click on Go to Estimated Tax Payments Under Estimated Tax Payments find Local estimated taxes for 2020. Click Revisit or Start. Say Yes to Did you pay local estimated taxes for 2020? There should be no tax payments on the next screen. If there are, clear them out. When you are back at Estimated Tax Payments check Payments with 2020 local extension and 2019 refund applied to local taxes.

I do not have any local estimated tax to pay. Why is this on here.
