I do not have to file taxes and i do not revive social security so why have I not revive my stimulus payment I filed an E file so I don't know what happened.

Did you use the non-filer site? Are you claimed as someone else's dependent? If you are someone else's dependent you will not receive a stimulus check.

TurboTax has no control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it for you or tell you when the IRS will issue it. Refer to the sites linked below:
