I do not see where I can enter interest for US savings bonds, so that it shows up in the correct column in the summary.

When you are on the 1099-INT screen, check My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon) to open the Box 3 field. (Click the first screenshot below to enlarge it for reference.)

When you finish answering the questions in this section of the tax interview, you'll see Here's the interest we have so far, with the savings bond interest under US Treasury Int. (Click the 2nd screenshot below for reference.)
