Go to the Medical Expenses section and click on Start or Revisit for the 1095-A.  On the following screen where asked if you received a Form 1095-A answer NO.  Or if a Form 1095-A is shown, delete the form.

If those instructions will not remove the request to enter a 1095-A then follow this procedure to delete the form.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on Delete a form.  Locate the form 1095-A, click on Delete

To enter your Form 1095-A -

  • Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
  • Click on Deductions and Credits
  • Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
  • Scroll down to Medical
  • On Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), click the start or update button

Or enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a
