I don't have a MESP but its making me enter 1

my michigan return is bonkers, I didn't enter as a marijuana business, but its making me enter at least

    Enter a zero or delete the amount (leave it blank) on the MI Schedule 1, line 17 to remove the MESP credit.    If you don't have a business, delete any Schedule Cs that may have been started.
