I don't have a W-2 for 2022, because I didn't work for anybody. Zero income. What do I do?

I can't 'E file' without a W-2. I don't have, and will not have a W-2 for 2022 as I was not employed by ANYBODY.

Good news! You are not required to file at all if you did not work

If you're single and earned less than $12,950 (the standard deduction), you do not have to file a tax return.
