Question

I don't have access to my phone# registered withTurboTax nor do I have a US# I needto sign into my acc on the website but it can't. How to unaub? App won't let me unsub

The app doesn't offer an unsubsribe option. The website demands I use my old number I don't have access to. How can I unsubscribe? Chat only leads to customer service calling my old number. If they force me, I will block my account from them.

You can recover access to your account by following the instructions here. However, neither the IRS nor TurboTax accepts a non-US phone number, so you'll need to use a US number for account purposes.
