I don't have all my paper works, I'd like to save and sign off.

Just click Sign Out in the lower left corner of your screen (you may need to scroll down to see it). TurboTax will save your information and sign you out of your account. (Click the screenshots below for reference.)
When you have the rest of your paperwork, just sign in, click Take me to my return, then click Pick up where I left off. You'll be able to get right back to work on your tax return.
