I don't have an IRS code because I didn't file in 2023 how do I continue

Which pin are you having a problem with?   You can enter zero for last year's AGI if you did not file.  

 

The Self-Select PIN is a random 5-digit number that you enter as your electronic signature when e-filing your return.

The IP PIN is a 6-digit number that the IRS assigns to victims of tax-related identity theft.

 

How do I get my 6-digit IP PIN?  Not everyone has one.   If you have one, it comes from the IRS.
