don't even try. by law, you should have your w-2 by now. contact the employer for a duplicate.

TurboTax may allow you to import your W-2 directly into your tax file. Go to the Personal Income section to import the W-2 from the employer. This requires having the Employer Identification Number (EIN) for your employer. Enter the EIN and see if your W-2 will load into your tax file. The EIN can be retrieved from a member of HR.
