You have to go slowly and carefully---read the screens completely as you go. Post specific questions if you get stuck. We cannot see your screen or your tax return so you have to post details of what you are confused about.

First---what tax year are you trying to prepare? The current online software is ONLY for 2019. You cannot enter income from any other year into the online program. What income for 2019 do you have that you can enter?

Have you entered your personal information in My Info---your name, Social Security number, address, etc.?
