I don't know what to put in the "some uncommon situations"

I'm going through the TurboTax Home and Business 2024 Windows application. I've entered my income and expenses for my side business, for 2024. That's taken me to a page that says:

Let's cover some uncommon situations

<My Side Business Name is here>

  • The business income of<a negative amount is here) needs to be adjusted. (Learn more link)
  • Deductions from other topics are related to this business (Learn more link)
  • This business received Form 1099-PATR

The preceding bullets are, in the TurboTax form, checkboxes.

Addressing the last one, I didn't get a Form 1099-PATR.

The second one doesn't seem to apply at all.

The first one is negative because I spent more on my side business than I earned in 2024. I read the "Learn more" link, and none of what was there applies to me or my side business. Am I supposed to check that checkbox anyway?

No, the situations mentioned don't apply to you, so leave the boxes blank.
