Yes, you can still use Turbo Tax and pay for the product you select but you will not have to pay to e-file. E-filing your return is free when you purchase a Turbo Tax product. Since you stated you don't qualify for free, if you haven't already selected a product, go here to prepare and e-file your Turbo Tax 2018 income tax return.

Freefile software download can be retrieved through the Freefile links on from irs.gov

If you wish to use TurboTax and pay to complete your return you can.

You can get to the TurboTax site by going to Freefile, and then when it says you do not qualify for freefile and must pay to use it, you would say ok and continue on...

If for some reason, you don't qualify to e-file your return, once you have paid for the TurboTax software, you can even paper file your return using TurboTax.
