Is this regarding form 8958 Allocation of Tax Amounts Between Certain Individuals in Community Property States? 

Community income corresponds with community property, which are assets or other property held in common by married couples in community property states.

 

Community property states are Arizona, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Wisconsin and Washington.
