I don't understand this....Form 2106 Adjustments Wks: Line 6-2 must be entered.Where do I find this ?

This is related to your job-related expenses. 

To get back to that section follow the below instructions and answer any questions related that haven't been answered yet.

1. Sign in to TurboTax and choose take me to my return
2. Type 2106 in the search bar in the upper right hand of your screen and hit Enter
   
3. Click on Jump to 2106
4. You should land on your Job-Related Expenses Summary
5. Click Edit next to the one with the error and go back thru the questions until you reach the end of the section.
6. If you see that you have one listed in error, you can delete it at the job-related expenses summary screen.
