I don't want to eat that I would much rather mail my taxes how long would that take

You are posting from the Free Edition.   You can e-file from the Free Edition.   What does mailing your tax return have to do with eating?   If you are using a paid version of the online software the fees are the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.   Mailed tax returns take longer to process than e-filed returns.  For 2020 returns it was taking about six months for them to be processed in many cases.
