I don’t want to pay with my refund

If you have not submitted (e-filed) your tax return yet, you can remove the option to pay your TurboTax fees with your refund. Please follow these steps:

1. Log into TurboTax & click on any topic to continue to your return
2. Click on File from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Click on "Revisit" next to "Step 1 - You've chosen to Deduct your TurboTax fees from your federal refund"
4. Scroll down, click on "View Payment Options" and then click on "Pay with Credit Card"
5. Enter your debit or credit card information and click "Continue"

NOTE: Once you have you have submitted your tax return, you cannot remove the option to pay with your refund.
