I can't believe that I was not given a choice of the basic premium Turbotax and somehow ended up with the live version for an additional $80, did not use LIVE and now how to remove is DELETE all info and START AGAIN??? YOU have got to be kidding??? I am going to call in for the rest of the year every month and have them review my taxes. I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED in Turbotax online and the shocking funneling of customers into a product they never wanted or needed so they can make additional money. I have been doing the online version since it started, but now it is time to look somewhere else for tax support. OR possibly a class action suit for deceptive marketing....
