I dont have a 1040 i only have my w2 so how do i find out what my aig number is?

If you filed a tax return last year, you will find your AGI on your previous years tax return. You can find multiple ways to retrieve that information below.

You need to look at last year's 1040. 

If you used TurboTax last year, a copy will be in "Your tax returns and documents" which can be found by scrolling down the Home page in your account. 

It is on your 2018 1040 Line 7.

Where asked for your 2022 AGI enter a 0 (zero) since you did not file a 2022 tax return.
