If you were covered by a your mom's employer plan, you do not have to enter anything unless you are in a state that requires you to verify you have health insurance that meets minimum essential coverage- then you only have to indicate that you were covered.

 

Under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the amount of the individual shared responsibility payment is reduced to zero for months beginning after December 31, 2018.
