I dont have my w2 , only pay check stubsplease help me file this now rather than waiting.i dont understand how to file taxes with out w2 but still get tax refund

i worked for dillards for 4 months and they told me corparat will send out my w2 and i jhve no other infomation.
i have been waiting and nothing came in mail .

You cannot and should not file a tax return without the W-2.  Employers have until 1/31 to mail the W-2.  So wait another week.
