Question

I dont need to file form 7202 but it keeps asking me for it or I won't be able to efile.

Self-employed individuals use form 7202 to figure the amount to claim for qualified sick and family leave equivalent credits under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. 

If that doesn't apply to you you can delete the form by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
  3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
  4. Select Delete next to form 7202
**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
