I dont want to file injured spouse but turbotax wont let me send my taxes without filling out the information.

You can delete the Form 8379.
- Log into your tax return and continue it.
- Click on Tax Tools in the left column.
- Then click on Tools; (See the screenshot below)
- Click on Delete a Form (See the second screenshot below)
- Click Delete beside Form 8379.
- Confirm you want to delete the form.
- Click Continue
