I downloaded and printed the tax forms, but I need to make a change. How can I clear and start over?
The tax tools do not show up, nor does a menu icon.
You cannot clear the return and start over if you have registered the free edition or completed the tax return for filing. Just make the needed changes to the return.
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. See screenshot
This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.
