I downloaded form 1099 R and still saying needs review

Hard to knw why it says that.

 

BUT....even after importing the form, you MUST edit it and answer a number of follow-up questions about that form and what you did with the distribution.

 

IF that doesn't clear the "review", then delete the 1099-R form entirely, and re-enter it manually...don't import it a second time.
