I downloaded my W-2 but they do not show, how do I get them to show?

Show where?  Look at your Form 1040.   Do you have an amount on line 1?

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

A W-2 cannot be downloaded to the TurboTax program.  You have to import the W-2 to the TurboTax program.
