Question

I downloaded the TT2018 program on my Mac but because I have OS X 10.10.5 it will not open & I can't update to a newer version. How can I use the online version for 2018?

There is no online version for 2018. The only way to file a previous year is to use the desktop version of TurboTax.

The CD you purchased will work on both MAC computers and PC computers. If you cannot get it to open on your MAC, possibly you could find a PC computer to use.

Once you have completed your return you will need to print the return, sign, date and mail it the tax return in according to the instructions that print out with the return.
