Question

I downloaded Turbotax for Windows 10 but it will not install.

When it gets to the install screen it disappears.

did you try by deleting the download and trying to download again. just a little hiccup in the download can cause corruption in the download.

This is happening to me.

TT will not launch. It seems to install but doesn't launch from installation. I click the icon and a "white" window comes up with TT - Activation at top but that is all white with just a blue dot in the middle???

Tried uninstalling and did again but same. Never asks for license key. Just white screen w/ blue dot.

Dell i7 w/ Windows 10.

Ideas?

Another user posted this fix. See if it works for you -

change your resolution to 800 x 600 (start>setting >system resolution. once it's been changed, your screen size will look very big. REMEMBER your initial resolution setting!
launch TT and the activation screen should launch. copy / paste in your activation code. you should get the 'all set' green check mark
change your resolution back to what is was originally.
