I downloaded turbotax from Amazon. Now I want to use it online. How do I do that?

You can’t. The TurboTax you purchased from Amazon is a desktop software. You install it on your computer and prepare your returns on your computer.

If you want to use the Online version, there is a charge.

For whatever reason turbo tax won't transfer my 22 taxes even though I am using the same computer and have turbo tax 22 on the computer both in hard drive and PDF. Can I switch to online and hopefully resolve this and what is the charge for going to online???
