Question

I earned less than $600 driving for Lyft in 2020 and was never issued any tax forms. Turbo tax is asking me to enter a value from a Schedule SE-T. Can I skip this?

Lyft does not issue any schedule SE-T.

No, you cannot skip it.

You are required to enter all your income.  The Schedule SE-T is used to calculated any self-employment tax you have from self-employment profit.

If you have income from Lyft that wasn't reported on a Form 1099-NEC, you still need to report it (along with any other self-employment income) and can still claim deductions for expenses you incurred.  If your expenses result in you having less than $400 of net income from self-employment, then your Schedule SE-T will not have any tax calculated.
