For California this user found out……
Through my own research, and contact with the customer support of the company that filed my 1099-NEC form with the IRS (eFileMyForms), I found out that California participates in the Combined Federal State Filing" (CFSF) program. So under this program, the 1099-NEC form transmitted to the IRS will be automatically forwarded to the California FTB by the IRS.
